Jolene Miksuaq Lyon
Jolene Lyon is the daughter of Joseph and Ursula Lyon of Nome. She was raised in Nome and a graduate of Mt. Edgecumbe High School. She served two years in the United States Army as a Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic and was stationed in Baumholder, Germany. Her deployment also consisted of a Peacekeeping Mission to Bosnia.
Jolene started her career with VECO Alaska and has extensive experience in Projects, Planning, and Finance, additionally she has served in Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Military Defense. She was raised in both Western and Yup'ik society and has strong connections to both cultures.
Jolene earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and a minor in Anthropology. She is a shareholder of Bering Straits Native Cooperation, Stebbins Community Association . She is an active member of Project Management Intuition and Amer-ican Anthropology Association.

Paul Yuma Winders
Dr. Paul Winders comes from a long line of Comanche Chiefs and was raised in part by his Indian grandmother. Paul started his prestigious career working top secret projects for Northrop Grumman and later at the Boeing Company's International Space Station and Space Shuttle Programs. He furthered his outstanding career in the IT field working in Europe, India, and the United States before moving on to a career in the Oil & Gas industry where he has led 3 of the largest pipeline projects in North America. Paul's experience spans over 25 years, not only in Alaska but worldwide. Adept in all areas of Project Management Services, with vast knowledge in Engineering, Construction and Project Management to name a few.
Paul is an international Water Polo and Soccer referee where he has officiated in several World Championships and 2 Olympics. He has a Bachelor of Science in Production & Manufacturing, a Master of Science in Business and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business & Project Management.
Rod Hutchings joined BSRHA in 2006. He provides strategic and technical financial advice to the president/CEO and board of directors and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and reporting all financial-related activities for the housing authority.
Rod has over twenty-five years of tax, accounting, auditing, and management consultation experience. Rod obtained a Bachelor in Accounting and an Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Utah. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Alaska and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants. Rod has worked as the Finance Director or CFO for several organizations. Periodically, he instructs as an adjunct professor for University of Alaska Anchorage and Alaska Pacific University. Rod has been a finalist a couple of times at the World Dutch Oven competition and the Big Green Egg competitions.
