Homebuyer Maintenance:
The Homebuyer is responsible for routine or non-routine maintenance of the home, including all repairs and replacements (including those resulting from damage from any cause). The Homebuyer shall maintain the home in a decent, safe and sanitary condition, in compliance with BSRHA's maintenance and home condition policies. BSRHA shall not be obligated to pay for or provide any maintenance of the home.

Homebuyer Succession:
A Homebuyer designates a successor on the execution of their MHOA, and may change designation at any time later by a written notice to BSRHA. A successor must at the time of an event be willing to assume the status of Homebuyer, provide that they meet BSRHA's certain conditios of occupancy. Changes can be made at any time by the Homebuyer submitting the Change of Successorship form
