Inspections
BSRHA may perform inspections of the Home upon reasonable notice to the Homebuyer. After inspection, the Homebuyer shall be notified in writing of any items of maintenance, repairs, or replacments required to continue to keep the home in satisfactory condition.
The Homebuyer is obligated to participate in pre-occupancy, post occupancy, periodic and move out inspections.
